How to make a booking
Firstly, please note that we administer these premises and manage
bookings on a purley voluntary basis, so please consider this when
making a booking.
To make a booking for either the village hall, the Pavilion changing
rooms or meeting room, you can either:
Make a provisional booking on-line
Just fill in the form (on the left) and submit it. You will receive
an email confirmation and your provisional booking will be
added to the calendar. We will then contact you to confirm the booking,
organise payment and arrange for you to collect the keys.
Be advised that we can not guarantee your booking until it is confirmed,
as we receive booking requests over the phone as well as on-line.
A provisional booking appears in the on-line booking
diary in light grey, to indicate it is unconfirmed.
